Deposits:

All deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.

Service Completion:

Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

If you are not fully satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and provide a resolution. This may include rework of the service or other solutions depending on the situation.

Company-initiated Cancellations:

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, equipment failure, or other emergencies), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment at no additional cost.
